HR Manager / HR Generalist with 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment (1 year in IT area). Has consultative qualities, great interpersonal skills, and can communicate across all levels of the organization as well as externally.
Is a good team player as well as have the ability to work on your own initiative without supervision, focused on results and teamwork.
KEY EXPERTISE / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic sessions organization
- Conducting different kinds of HR-interviews
- Full-cycle recruitment (including key roles)
- Pre-screening, interviewing and presenting appropriate candidates to the clients
- New employees on-boarding, 1-on-1, welcome meeting.
