SHORT DESCRIPTION
Leverage Marketing & SEO background, practical understanding of IT Product Development Lifecycle principles, experience in managing teams of different scales and Data-driven systematic approach to make sure the product is not just great but it meets business goals.
Team Management
- Interviewing and training new team members
- Managing load of existing team members by providing job descriptions & monthly plans
- Controlling performance ( KPIs) and development (PDP) for Marketing
- Support & SEO teams.
Marketing & SEO
- Planning & handling marketing activities (PPC, ORM, Content Marketing, Mobile marketing, etc)
- Analyzing competitors, planning marketing budgets
Business Development
- Negotiating and setting up partnership with third-party companies (service providers, potential resellers, affiliates)
Product
- Ensuring stability & up-to-date state of the product
- Implementing new features & improvements in order to stay competitive
- Launching & promoting new mobile applications to support the main product
Strategy & Planning
- Defining strategic vectors for 3-months periods,
- Planning tasks & defining KPIs to support the strategy
- Planning budgets for 3 and 6 months periods
Salary on trial period - $2500, after trial period - $3500
